Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure the product remains in its original condition.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose your preferred courier service or use our integrated portal to generate a prepaid shipping label and schedule a convenient collection time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or an exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
